53cm Round Pile Outsert Folder:

Choose 6-24 plates. Continuous round pile feeder is designed for nonstop production applications. Equipped with ultrasonic double sheet detector, batch counter, alignment table, touch screen PLC control unit.

Accepts wide range of papers from 28 -90 gsm.

Superfold ROPF-53/10 folding unit is equipped with 10 stainless steel folding trays and 9 deflector plates. Caliper setting for setting the gap between 2 rollers. Rollers are Falztec make metal & PU combination rollers made in Germany. Fold length settings with position indicators. Side belt drive for stable folding operation. Double sheet and wrong pharma code ejector built in which diverts the paper before entering into fold station. 14 sets of scores supplied. Heavy duty scores made of heat treated spring steel.
